Sage Daughter is a digital platform for women navigating separation and divorce. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through sagedaughter.co during Phase 1, when the service consists of a marketing page and an email waitlist. When later phases ship additional features, this policy will be updated and redated accordingly.

Information We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your first name, email address, and (optionally) your phone number. We also temporarily log your IP address to enforce rate limits on the waitlist form, and your browser’s user-agent string for debugging. We do not collect health, financial, legal, or other sensitive categories in Phase 1.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to notify you when Sage Daughter launches, send occasional updates about our progress, and respond to any direct inquiries you send us. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

How We Store Your Information

Waitlist records are stored in Supabase, a Postgres database hosted in the United States, and are encrypted at rest. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties outside the processors listed below.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for database storage, Resend for transactional email delivery (waitlist confirmations), and Vercel for hosting and privacy-friendly analytics. Each processor handles your data only for the function listed, and each is bound by their own published privacy terms.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to measure page views and broad usage patterns. Vercel Analytics is cookie-less and does not track users across sites. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party cookies on sagedaughter.co.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your waitlist record at any time by emailing hello@sagedaughter.co. We will remove your record from our database and confirm within 7 business days. You may also unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every message.

Children’s Privacy

Sage Daughter is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to the waitlist, please contact us and we will remove the record.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist subscribers. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
